Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 weeks of the order date. You'll receive a tracking number for your order once it ships. Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to combine shipping on separate orders
International orders shipped outside of Canada and the US ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means any taxes and import duties received upon arrival are the buyer's responsibility. In the event that an order is returned due to the buyer providing inaccurate shipping details or if the recipient refuses delivery, we reserve the right to refuse re-fulfillment of the order or to process a refund at our discretion.
Note for US customers: All of our Footwear is Made in Canada and Exempt from Tariffs in the US. We do not charge sales tax or duty charges on US orders under 3000 USD. For those valued above 3000 USD, the US Customs may require the buyer to assign a Power of Attorney. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges this requirement and agrees to absolve Viberg of any related responsibilities.
